WHY ARE SOME ITEMS SHIPPED SEPARATELY?

We use a couple specialty vendors to make certain products in our store on-demand as they are ordered.  The manufacturers will ship those items directly to you instead of wasting time and getting it shipped to us first.

WHY IS IS TAKING SO LONG FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

You probably ordered an item that is being sold as a pre-sale, which means that we are collecting orders for a period of time, submitting that order to the printshop, waiting for the shirt to print, and then shipping out those shirts.  It can take a month or more depending on how early in the pre-sale you placed your order.  These items will be marked as a pre-order item when you look at the listing.  We do this from time to time so that we can order the right amount of shirts for the design.  It takes a little more patience for y'all but it helps keep our inventory amounts manageable.

the merch store is literally run by one person out of their bedroom, so bear that in mind if you are feeling spicy about your order - please get in touch if you have any problems and we will work out a solution asap :)
